I would like to introduce the café AIMAI. This café is located in Fukuoka and is very popular in Fukuoka. I found this café on Instagram during a trip to Fukuoka. The owner of this café is from Korea and the name AIMAI was given because the owner is ambiguous. The entrance is a little confusing, but once inside you will find a very stylish space. This café has cute and stylish looking drinks and sweets. The menu only lists the names of the drinks and sweets, but the names and photos are posted on Instagram, so you can choose from those photos. I ordered the Brûlée Latte and the Cookie＆Cream Cake. The brûlée latte has dark honey inside and a brûlée top. It is very tasty and sweet enough to be drunk by people who do not like coffee. Cookie&Cream Cake is a baked cheesecake topped with cookie&cream and is a must for anyone who loves cheesecake. The walls of this café are concrete, making the interior very photogenic.
