I would like to introduce the café Bills. Bills was created by Bill Granger, who was born in Melbourne, Australia. Bills is said to be the best breakfast in the world, because in 2002, the New York Times called Bills the best breakfast in the world, and the international media praised it. Today, the café is located in Australia, London, Korea, and Hawaii. There are also 8 stores in Japan. This time I went to the Omotesando store.

At Bills, you can enjoy everything from breakfast to dinner. However, I would recommend going for breakfast. The café has an extensive breakfast menu. My recommendation is the Ricotta Pancakes. The price is 1,800 yen. They are so soft and fluffy that they shake, and they are delicious. they are also buttery and not too sweet. There are three pancakes, so you can share with your friends. 

The store is spacious and has a stylish interior. There are plenty of seats, and terrace seats are also available. But the café is so popular that people line up in the morning. If you don't want to wait in line, you should make a reservation. How about waking up early and having breakfast at Bills, the world's best breakfast once in a while?
